Role Purpose

The successful applicant will work as part of a team providing advice to mental health service users in the Aneurin Bevan Health Board area including attending in-patient and out-patient units and providing home visits.

We are looking for someone with experience of advice provision and good IT skills who is able to work independently outside the office. They also will need to show a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice service.

Access to use of a vehicle is essential.
